Dr. Peter Malinoski

Dr. Peter Malinoski is a clinical psychologist and the president and co-founder of Souls and Hearts, an online platform that offers Catholic mental health resources and courses. He has over 20 years of experience in private practice, specializing in resolving problems and healing wounds that bridge the psychological and spiritual realms. He helps his clients overcome unconscious psychological factors that hinder their capacity to receive and give love to God and others. He draws from various therapeutic approaches, such as psychodynamic, attachment, interpersonal, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR, as well as the rich tradition of Catholic spirituality, especially Carmelite saints such as St. Teresa of Avila and St. Therese of Lisieux. He also hosts the weekly Interior Integration for Catholics Podcast, where he explores how to integrate Catholic theology, philosophy, spirituality, and morality with insights from modern psychology.
